Chubb has partnered with Wildfire Defense Systems, Inc. (WDS), a leading wildfire management organization, to bring you valuable protection before, during, and after a wildfire. WDS is supervised by wildfire professionals with up to 35 years of experience.
In select areas, Chubb can help protect your property from wildfire with complimentary services, including:
- Before a wildfire occurs: Onsite wildfire hazard assessment to recommend ways to improve the chances of your home surviving (available upon request).
- As a wildfire approaches: Working with you to take preventative actions to defend your home. If a wildfire is threatening your area, deploying certified professional firefighters to your home.
- After the threat has passed: Removing fire-blocking gel from your home with a light washing, escorting you back to your home, cleaning up any equipment left on your property — and, of course, helping you process a claim if you home sustained any damage.
Chubb Wildfire Defense Services is offered at no additional charge to eligible Chubb, Legacy ACE, and Fireman's Fund homeowner policyholders - but you must enroll to take advantage of this important service. Enroll now.
