If it's determined that another party was responsible for damage to your vehicle, our recovery team will work on your behalf to recoup your deductible and ensure the person(s) responsible pay for damage or injuries sustained in the accident. This process may take several months to thoroughly investigate and reach a settlement with the responsible party's insurance provider.
