The Chubb claims service is delivered by over 600 claims staff within Asia Pacific. They are expert claims teams with large in-country operations. We do not rely upon agents to handle our claims; they are handled by Chubb’s employees. We have experts in all classes and a deep-seated knowledge and expertise in all markets in which we operate.

In Malaysia, we have 67 highly qualified and experienced claims professionals. They paid approximately $114m in claims in 2016.

Many of our claims professionals are qualified and have expertise in their chosen fields. We pride ourselves on being one of the industry’s best in claims and we recognize the importance of continuous training for our claims staff.

    When a claim is filed with Chubb, it is promptly assigned to a claims professional who will review the policy, investigate the claim and determine an appropriate claims handling approach.
  • Timely notification of coverage assessment
    Upon careful analysis of the policy coverage and intention, we will promptly revert the claim outcome to the client and the business partner. 
  • Fair and efficient resolution of claims
    At Chubb Claims, we stake our reputation on our ever-readiness to work with our customers and business partners professionally, fairly and efficiently to resolve claims. We are involved in all aspects of the claims resolution process and where appropriate, we use Alternative Dispute Resolution channels to aid in reaching a timely, cost effective settlement.
